Staff attentiveness was first class. Room ( Berkeley Room) a good size and well appointed. NIce touches owing too a special occasion.

Had breakfast at Collins Room and every dish was a hit. On the pricey side but you won’t mind once you’re stuffed. Food from room service was also really good. Staff are polite and helpful. Concierge came through with Beyoncé tickets at the very last minute (sadly didn’t get his name). A stones throw away from Harrods. Hot stone massage at the spa was exceptional!

After we had breakfast in the restaurant the first day and got delayed because it took so long to order and get the food, we ordered breakfast in the room the next day and it was perfect; arrived in time and very good!

Everything about the hotel was wonderful, its the only hotel we will stay in when we visit London. Its peaceful yet on the doorstep of Harvey Nichols and Harrods. That team made my wife’s birthday one to remember !!
