Had breakfast at Collins Room and every dish was a hit. On the pricey side but you won’t mind once you’re stuffed. Food from room service was also really good. Staff are polite and helpful. Concierge came through with Beyoncé tickets at the very last minute (sadly didn’t get his name). A stones throw away from Harrods. Hot stone massage at the spa was exceptional!

Our room was gorgeous, and every detail was thoughtful. Every single staff member went out of their way to make our stay perfect. They honored an early check in request, the concierge was very helpful with fabulous dinner recommendations, printing tickets and helping us get around easily.

The staff were all excellent, especially the maids who came to attend to the room. The breakfast was exceptionally good. The smoothies the chef made every day were wonderful. The bed was so comfortable, and Extra requests were met. I will definitely be going back again.
